The 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed Boned Iberian Shoulder ham has the characteristic of having a very succulent meat, a tender texture and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the smells of Salamanca pastures.
Coming from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in our pastures and fed with totally natural products, our shoulder ham is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION:
It is recommended to place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.
The durability of the quality of our products is approx. 6 months following the advice of conservation. In very humid areas it is reduced to 30 days.
In order for your ham to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home you take it out of the vacuum packaging with which we send it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º C.
Shipped with the product vacuum packaged.
Whole pieces between 4 kg and 7 kg in weight that are boned in several parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the boning for their entire use.
It has the Calicer PI / 0649/15 certificate, which guarantees the client and the final consumer the commitment of a job well done and the peace of mind of acquiring a product that respects current regulations.
