The Machine sliced 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed Iberian Shoulder ham has the characteristic of having a very succulent meat, a tender texture and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the smells of Salamanca pastures.
Coming from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in our pastures, fed with totally natural products and with a maturing of 24 months, our shoulder ham is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION:
It is recommended to place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.
The durability of the quality of our products is approx. 6 months following the advice of conservation. In very humid areas it is reduced to 30 days.
It is shipped vacuum packaged in individual packets.
Individual packs of 200 grs. The knuckle, the ham cuts and the vacuum packaged remains of the quartering are included in the delivery. The total yield of slicing is 42%.
It has the Calicer PI / 0649/15 certificate, which guarantees the client and the final consumer the commitment of a job well done and the peace of mind of acquiring a product that respects current regulations.
