The 50% Iberian breed fodder-fed boned Iberian ham is a delicious delicacy with a very characteristic intense flavor due to the feed-based diet of our Iberian pigs.
50% Iberian breed pigs selected one by one from our Salamanca pastures to achieve the best quality.
Its unique flavor, smell and texture are given by the action of salt and a drying and maturing process from 24 to 30 months of which 3 of them have been in our curing rooms.
Consumed in the proper way and accompanied by a balanced diet and daily physical exercise, Fodder-fed Ham is a perfect complement to your daily life.
CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION:
It is recommended to place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.
Best-before date: 24 months.
In order for your ham to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home you take it out of the vacuum packaging with which we send it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º C.
Shipped in a cardboard box with the product vacuum packaged.
Whole pieces between 7 kg and 10 kg in weight that are boned in several parts. The order includes the knuckle and the remains of the boning for their entire use.
It has the Calicer PI / 0649/15 certificate, which guarantees the client and the final consumer the commitment of a job well done and the peace of mind of acquiring a product that respects current regulations.
