It has been made by hand with natural casings and a 6-month curing process, approximately, in our natural curing rooms in the Salamanca pastures.
A natural marinade, with local products and spices and the magnificent paprika from La Vera, makes it taste exquisite and delicate on the palate with the perfect infiltration of fat and all the necessary nutrients, ideal for daily consumption.
CONSERVATION AND EXPIRATION:
It is recommended to place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.
Best-before date: 16 months.
It is Vacuum packaged.
It is sold by half pieces of 0.600 grs, whole pieces of 1 kg and pieces between 1 kg and 1.2 kg.
