If we add to that a natural marinade, with local products and spices and the magnificent paprika from La Vera, we obtain a pork loin with an exquisite and delicate flavor that has the perfect fat marbling and all the necessary nutrients ideal for daily consumption.
Hand-stuffed with Fibran casing and a 6-month curing process in our natural drying sheds in the Salamanca pastures.
