RECOMMENDATIONS :

To ensure your ham retains its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home you remove it from the vacuum packaging in which we sent it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

Whole pieces weigh between 7 kg and 10 kg and are deboned into several parts. The overall yield is 40%. (Order) The ham hock and the remains from the deboning are included. for its full use.
