STORAGE AND EXPIRY :

Place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.

Best before: 24 months.

RECOMMENDATIONS :

To ensure your ham retains its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home you remove it from the cotton cover in which we sent it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

Save the first cut to use as a lid and prevent it from drying out.

In a cardboard box with the product wrapped in a cloth sleeve.
