We are very clear that without the Iberian pig, the dehesas (pasturelands) would not exist and all the wealth they provide would disappear. Therefore, we continue to raise our pigs in their natural environment, free-range and with a 100% natural diet.
Throughout the year they feed on the natural resources provided by the pastures such as aromatic herbs, insects or mushrooms, and during the montanera season they feed almost exclusively on acorns.
Always accompanied by our farmers, the Iberian pigs receive the best care and quality controls throughout their lives, respecting their freedom. They repay us by tending the fields and giving us the finest natural products.
