From Iberian pigs raised free in pastures, and fed with 100% natural products, their curing in the shade of our pastures gives them a unique quality and exclusivity.

Individual 100g sachets . The shipment includes the ham hock, ham cubes, and all usable and edible parts from the butchering process, vacuum-packed . If you would like the inedible parts included, please request them. The total yield of the sliced meat is 42%.
