Iberian Cebo Hams 50% Iberian Breed They are a delicious delicacy with an intense and very distinctive flavor, the result of the careful feeding of our Iberian pigs. Our pigs are 50% Iberian breed, selected one by one to guarantee the highest quality. Their unique flavor, aroma, and texture are achieved thanks to the action of salt and a drying and maturation process of 24 to 30 months, 3 of which are spent in our drying facilities.
