During the 18th and 19th of March, the VIII edition of the Covaleda Artisan Chorizo Fair in Soria .
To evaluate each chorizo, the jury considered aspects such as the cut, the fat and meat content, the aroma, the texture, and fundamentally, the flavor.
Two chorizos from Puente Robles received the highest scores in the Iberian category
