PRODUCT RETURNS
- The return of products purchased from www.elcatedratico.com will only be carried out when it is proven that the product is in bad condition and provided that it has been notified within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product.
- To exercise this right, you must keep the original packaging of the product and no more than 10% of the product must have been consumed.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
