From Iberian pigs raised freely in our pastures and fed with completely natural products, our shoulder ham is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

STORAGE AND EXPIRY :

Place it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight.

The quality of our products lasts for approximately 6 months when stored according to the care instructions. In very humid areas, this is reduced to 30 days.

RECOMMENDATIONS :

To ensure your ham retains its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home you remove it from the vacuum packaging in which we sent it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.

WEIGHT :

Whole pieces weighing between 4 kg and 7 kg, which are deboned into several parts. The overall yield is 40%. (Order details follow) The ham hock and the remains from the deboning are included. for its full use.
