Purchase Conditions

PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

1. In order to make any purchase on www.elcatedratico.com, the User must be registered with their real details. If this is not the case, www.elcatedratico.com cannot be held responsible for the products arriving correctly.
2. The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, paying the appropriate commissions requested for each method.
3. When the order is placed, www.elcatedratico.com will send an e-mail to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price and shipping costs. From the User Area, you will be able to track all your orders and thus know the status of the same.
4. The order confirmation sent by www.elcatedratico.com is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. www.elcatedratico.com will send the corresponding invoice together with the Product, as long as it is requested.
5. The discount coupons are not applicable to shipping and handling fees and cannot be combined with other offers.

SHIPPING

1. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery time of 72 working hours. Although if they are outside Spain, delivery may be delayed up to 10 days.
2. The delivery service of www.elcatedratico.com, is carried out in collaboration with different logistic operators of recognised prestige. Therefore, www.elcatedratico.com is not responsible for any possible damage that may be caused in the transfer of the products.
3. The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products.
   • Shipping in the Peninsula 6,60€. ALL ORDERS OVER 70€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING COSTS.
   • Shipping to Portugal 11.50€. ALL ORDERS OVER 100€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING.
   • Shipping to Balearic Islands 11.50€. ALL ORDERS OVER 100€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING.
   • Shipping to Central Europe (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Croatia, Austria): from 27€. ALL ORDERS OVER 250€ WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING COSTS.
   • Shipping to the Canary Islands: 25,00€.
4. The products are shipped in accordance with Spanish and EU regulations on the transport of perishable foodstuffs, therefore, they are sent under suitable temperature conditions that preserve the food's cold chain.
5. All our hams arrive wrapped in netting and are sent in individual boxes. The rest of the sausage is vacuum packed. 
6. For logistical reasons, during the months of November and December, shipments may be delayed for reasons beyond the company's control. We apologise for any inconvenience.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

1. The return of products purchased at www.elcatedratico.com will be made only and exclusively when it is demonstrated that the product is in poor condition and provided that 48 hours have not passed since receipt of the product.
2. To be able to exercise this right it is necessary to keep the original packaging of the product and that it has not been used, being at the customer's expense the return costs.
