Description

Semicured Sheep Cheese is a cheese made with raw sheep's milk by Quesos de Hinojosa.

This semi-cured sheep's cheese has a mild smell and taste with a creamy texture.

A creamy and mild cheese in all its aspects.

Consumption

To enjoy the full flavour of this semi-cured sheep's cheese, we recommend consuming it at approximately 17°C (59°F).

If it is packaged, we recommend removing it from its packaging and leaving it at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. If it has been kept refrigerated, this time can be increased to 2 hours.

Curing time

Total maturation between 60 to 180 days.

Storage

Store the cheese in a cool place between 4-8°C in its packaging.

When ready to eat, leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Made with ewe' raw milk, rennet and salt. In the production process no additives or ferments are used.
